The journal is an essential source of information on the two basic neuroscientific disciplines in the Czech and Slovak Republic - neurology and neurosurgery. The journal publishes original papers from the whole range of neurology and neurosurgery. Both clinical and basic scientific papers are accepted. The information published in the journal covers the whole area of both disciplines from the review articles to case-reports, from clinical works focused on neurophysiology, physiotherapy, and neuroradiology to work concerned with electrophysiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, genetics and molecular biology.
