Journal of Microbiology (JM) announces a new guideline regarding the category of Microbial Systematics and Evolutionary Microbiology, effective from June 1, 2018, as follows:It is necessary to provide genome sequencing data with descriptions of novel taxa and determine an overall genome relatedness index, such as average nucleotide identity (ANI), between genomes of the putative new taxon and the closest relatives.

《微生物學(xué)雜志》(JM)于2018年6月1日起發(fā)布微生物系統(tǒng)學(xué)和進(jìn)化微生物分類新指南，內(nèi)容如下:有必要為基因組測(cè)序數(shù)據(jù)提供新的分類群的描述，并確定一個(gè)整體的基因組相關(guān)指數(shù)，如平均核苷酸同一性(ANI)之間的基因組之間的新分類群和最近的親屬。
